Subject	Any real difference with the 96TT's VS previous years?

Message	Hey guys, been a while since I've posted on the board. Sold my last 94TT about four years ago. Anyway, I'm looking to get back in the game and have been looking at a few Z's. There's a clean 96TT I'm thinking of buying, but i know for the final year they dropped the VVT and switched cams robbing the car of 20 hp. Also these cars have the OBDII emissions on them. I've seen conflicting reports that dropping the VVT really doesn't make a difference & the 96TT cars have the same HP and make the same HP when similarly modified (compared to the 95's & lower). I'm definitely looking for the best out of any Z i buy, and plan to modify it in the future. Is it worth it to go with the 95's and down? Are the 96's good? What's your guy's opinion?
